1. Shipping Area

Greenshoots Bio currently delivers within the geographic borders of the Republic of South Africa only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from confirmed payment.

Processing includes:

  • order preparation

  • packaging

  • handling

  • dispatch arrangements

Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services and destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major metropolitan areas: standard courier delivery times

  • Outlying areas: may take 1–2 additional business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • weather conditions

  • courier delays

  • remote delivery locations

  • public holidays

  • high-volume periods

4. Shipping Costs

All product prices include:

  • packaging

  • handling

  • shipping costs

This applies to all Courier Guy delivery locations within South Africa.

No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • accurate delivery details are provided

  • someone is available to receive delivery

  • safe access to the delivery location

Greenshoots Bio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

6. Risk and Delivery

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the supplied address.

If parcels appear visibly damaged upon arrival:

  • note damage with the courier where possible

  • photograph packaging immediately

  • notify us within 48 hours of delivery
